Amongst my rapidly expanding pile of homework is a take-off assignment based on a given plan. We have been given a couple of general methods for timber frame take-off but have been encouraged to explore and find one we are comfortable with.Thus far ;
PLATES: tally internal wall + ext wall measurements multiply by 2 (top & bottom ) divide by 5.4(stick length)
eg; 137.00m *2=total 274.00m / 5.4 =50.74 therefore require 90*45 f5 pine [email protected]
