Default What Type Of Tradespeople Do I Need For Fixing These Problems?

    Hi Guys & Girls,

I have some structural damage to timber under the house - please see photos attached. Part of the house has sunk, there is padding on the stumps but everything has dropped. When I removed the plinth boards, I noticed that a great deal of the timber has rotted.

I know I need a trades-person(s) but I don't know what sort? My question is two fold - what sort of tradesman do I need and does anyone have any recommendations?

Thanking those in advance for responding to my queries

    Regards
    Tech

The reason it has rotted: external cladding does not cover the bearer + 10mm below to eliminate capillary action of water wicking into bearer
No damproof course on piers or dwarf brick wall and the termite capping has to be replaced.
As mentioned you need a licensed carpenter, plumber, electrician. Also, you need to have a good look at what sort of foundation is under the pier/piers
The person who never made a mistake never made anything

    Cheers
