Long hot dry summer
Hi All
By Melbourne standards this is looking to be a long hot dry summer. In terms oif maintenance and trying to avoide movement and cracks is there anything that should be done? Or does it just have to be ridden out.
I've notice the floor boards have contracted a bit and the bench top that is large lumps of Jarrah. This make me wonder about all the timber components I can't see!
What do others do?
