Australian / New Zealand Standard - Electrical Installations
All,
The link below is for a PDF copy of AS/NZS 3017:2001 Electrical Installations - Testing and Inspection Guidelines.
For those interested, it is a good starting point. It may also save you a lot of grief later on.
You usually have to pay for these Standard docs, so grab it while it's still accessible.
