    DEFINATELY YES :eek:

    The new circuit has to come from the board to the top element as this only cuts in once you have used 60% of the tank capacity and then pnly to top up the hot water between pff peak reheats.

    Thanks for the advice - looks like a browse thu the yellow pages/local papers. wonder how much it will cost already cost me a packet to get it installed

    Can I ask two questions?
    No1 Why did you buy a twin element model in the first place? They are much more expensive and are only of use if you use a lot of hot water and keep running out.

    No2 What do you call "a packet"? The average cost for a change over only in this part of the country is about $120.00 - $150.00.
