New Lights for Kitchen
HI all
Our kitchen reno is nearing completion and need to add some lights. Probably three downlights over the benchtop.
Being a DIY I want to do this myself, but obviously without playing with 240v.
I have a power point in the ceiling near the kitchen that I can plug into and am happy to get a sparkie in to connect it up but want to do 98% myself if I can.
Any ideas, products etc
I am gyprocking the wall where the old light switch is so should I get it ready for a double switch? Can the sparkie take the power from here? Is it illegal for me to run the wires through the wall but not connect them and leave that to sparkie or do I just run some cord so he can pull them through?
cheers
