Hi all,

I'm after some advice:

I am ready to install a dishwasher in the kitchen (will have a cold water connection only), a washing machine in the laundry (will have both hot and cold water connected), and already have a mixer tap plumbed up and working in the kitchen.

We have very high water pressure in our area. I've heard this can harm all 3 items that I've listed above, and that I will need to get some sort of pressure regulator fitted.

What's the standard practice here? Do all 3 items need individual reg's, or can I fit something at the entry point to the property, therefore limiting the pressure to everything in one hit?

I've also been told the hot water is not an issue, as the existing hot water service will already be regulating the pressure on that line.

Any advice, costs, and recommendations greatly appreciated.
