Turned posts today! The glue in OLSP treated pine likes to take the long point off my skews quickly! One post has a 38 mm dowel as they are using an existing post!

Again some nice spindle turning there.
I quite like these sorts of projects however not much call for it here and not the sort of project that I am up to these days. Wonder what glue they use. I have done newels and table columns laminated up with AV Syntec's AV515. It seems to be kinder on cutting edges than most PU glues.

We don't get heaps of turning at work.
515 is much kinder to the tools but takes forever to get off hands! Even with solvent,
