    That can be arranged. Just don't struggle too much, OK? My back isn't what it used to be...

    LoL. ... Skew, teach me how to do goblets and I'll change my will ;-}

    Oh, yeah, just goblets a metre wide.

    David, you just need a hefty supermarket trolley and tow the thing. Slowly.

    Well, this time I think I'll bring dips and vegies, and corn chips maybe.

    Should I make a cake? Dumb question isn't it?

    Yeah, dumb question, choc ripple cake x 4.

    If anyone will eat garlic bread I'll bring some as offered.

    Jefferson, you got a place to kip? If not, you're welcome at casa del reservoir. What about you Neil? ditto.

    Ern,

    thanks for the offer. I'm bringing the wife down with me (for reasons which I cannot explain, perhaps she is checking up on me). At least she'll get to meet all the guys and the very nice Tea Lady. Please, please try to encourage her to agree to a new Vicmarc lathe, the baby one with variable speed. Just in case I/she needs it.

    We're staying Sat night in Cranbourne, so will be attending both days. I'd bring snags again, but DJ probably still has some left over from the last outing.

    , anything we can bring? Perhaps an order at the bakery, the pies are fantastic.

    Come on Greg you still have 7 days to build up the browny points. Surely a few big nights on the reno will get you "time off".

    Why dont you & jefferson bring your VL300's as well as DJ and just gloat at the rest of us.

    Cheers
    regards

    I'd love to come along, I never fail to learn something at these meets. But the slate goes down on Monday and Tuesday, then I have a lot to do to get the kitchen back up and running. Oh yeah, and I have to paint all the trim and four rooms. In my spare time I need to work out the TWWW Show stuff. Nup, it just ain't gonna happen this time.

    No worries Jeff.

    FWIW I have the house to myself for three weeks so there's plenty of rooms to choose from ;-}

    Ern,

    If you're home alone, I might just try to visit later in the month. Plenty of stuff to play with and I haven't seen a Stubby yet.

    As for the suggestion that we line three Vicmarc VL300s side by side.... I'd love to but I haven't got a forklift at my end.

    Must get busy this weekend. has got 4 legs to turn for me out of 4 by 4 KD redgum. Some lovely fiddle back, will have to set the thicknesser to take slow passes. And on that point, it would be great if can show us his art at the turn-on. At $50 per metre, I'm a little gunshy.

    Jeff
