    Default Woodturning courses / lessons

    I am looking for any information on woodturning courses, lessons or persons who teach woodturning in or near Albany Western Australia. If anyone can provide me with any information It would be much appreciated.

    Albany and Denmark both have woodturning clubs.
    If anyone knows they will - also they might run classes themselves.

    Only just saw this thread. Any chance of getting some contact details for the club in albany?

    Though I suspect the answer could also be supplied at the mens shed meeting. I think they meet at the boat shed markets on saturday mornings. Been meaning to get down there and say hello, but things keep getting in the way.

    Default The Lessons.

    Hi Burrd,
    There is a bit of difference between Wood Clubs & Mens Sheds.
    A greater %age of Clubs meet in the evening, & M/S meet in the daytime.

    www.councilofwoodclubs, may find something.

    AMSA,/ Aust. Mens Shed Assoc. will more than likely find you a Shed.

    The Wood Club, just might know a little more about Turning than The Shed Boys.

    You could go like, www.albanywoodclub.com.au may find them.
