I don't bother ordering anything from a place that doesn't at least have a postal address on the site.

Best you could do is send them an email.

I do not like talking to a mobile phone but over that distance unless you have capped STD it may be cheaper, but I doubt it.

The latest Australian Woodworker has an item and I quote

I emailed the people yesterday.....got an answer this morning......which I have since deleted
The upshoot was.......the original owner fell off the perch (died) and a new bloke has bought the business. He's trying to rationalise the stock and the site.
Email him for his answer........which I don't have anymore. Sorry.

I spose falling off the perch is an unintended address change
