Ballet Barre
A friend asked if I could make her a Ballet Barre for her refitted garage, it only needed to be shortie 650mm long, and with a 75 year old Northern Silky Oak bed frame at hand, the balancing can begin. It turned out to be 650 long, 40mm thick with 4 coats of Danish oil. Cured for a almost 2 months due to current situation, fitted today.

Sorry, I should’ve taken a close up to show the beautiful grain.
