    Default Full bandsaw

Busy cutting up cast turning blanks on the bandsaw today and I started getting heaps of fibres started going everywhere. Don't you hate it when your dust extraction hose comes off and you haven't noticed

Now, that's what I call busy. At least it's an easy clean up job. ............. Jerry (in Tucson)USA

You could cast that and make some pepper grinders etc.

Hmmm... almost worth making a mould that fits in the bottom and trying it again!

At least you didn't discover it when cleaning up after running a side of lamb through... that makes things a LOT messier. DAMHIKT.

I would have considered casting it, but it is a huge area, and the layers aren't close enough. Cast sawdust like this looks like, er cast sawdust, so not my cup of tea. Now if I did it deliberately using a differently coloured difference piece each time, maybe.
