    Default basket illusion

    I have been having some sciatic nerve nerve trouble so I thought I would give this a try. I found I can turn a plate while sitting. I have a question for anyone has done one of these. I have the D Way burning tips for the spokes. What do you use to burn the circles. I used arboriteIMG_2515 (1).jpg

    This looks good .
    I have been playing round with this technique and the biggest challenge I have found is burning the rings . I have tried all the methods suggested in the videos and a few others of my own with not a lot of success .The best stuff I have found is some unknown brand of benchtop laminate that I was given, but it makes the burn lines too thick .I looked up the arborite web site and it is available in 0.8 and 0.7mm thickness . The stuff I have been using is about 1.2 mm thick so maybe that is my problem . What thickness is the arborite you are using?

    I am not really sure if i am using arborite or formica. O another forum someone said he uses a plastic mechanical pencil. I tried it and it does fit in the groove real nice and does leave a burn like line. The problem is the ones I have the lead is too brittle. I am looking for a different strength
