Another blackwood vase
This piece is from an old long dead blackwood with grub holes, termite gallery and a few cracks. It's 170 mm high by 150 diameter, finished with Rustins DO and buffed with eee a week later.
The extra dark colours seem to be associated with the start of the rotting process.

That looks very artistic with a really nice finish and I love the variations in colour.
Perhaps you should have posted this in the turning section for more accolades.Dallas
