Bragging
I can not resist bragging on my DH''s behalf - I took his pens to the local Christmas markets and in just 3 hours I had sold 23 pens and 5 rosewood boxes (the boxes were imports to display the pens in)
I think I did pretty darn good and he is chuffed too.
The main timber sellers were local woods - for their local value
and figured timbers such as Black Palm and the lace and flame sheoaks.
BTW they sold at $30 eachJenny Brandis, Kununurra, West Australia
The best wood is at the top of the tree ......
