Default Burl vase with stone inlay

Hi all, I bought this burl at the last Melbourne show, but I don't know what tree it's from. The grain patterns in it are crazy. It's a very dark wood and I had to over- expose the photos so I could show the grain. The stone is Chrysocolla and it filled in lovely all the cracks that were on one side of the vase. I had to expand the cracks to give a good footing for the stone. Cheers, Harry
