    Default Where to buy these callipers in Australia?

    I'm looking for two different woodturner's callipers and am interested if anyone has found them available in Australia? It seems Robert Sorby makes them; one is called a 'Vessel Caliper' and the other, an 'Inside/outside Caliper' viz...

    Thanks, I thought I'd seen them there too, but I had a look under their woodturning tools and didn't see them. I'll have another look.

    There is also the Galbert caliper which looks interesting

    Yes, I came across the Galbert Caliper when Googling the other types. It's an interesting looking device (for spindle turning), and a healthy price too. If I have to gauge spindle work, then I use open-ended spanners.

    Default Robert Sorby calipers

    Robert we do have the calipers just not on the web site another thing to do.

    Have just checked stock none there at the moment but we do have more on the way.
    The 10" Vessel Caliper is $40.85 and the 8 1/2" inside outside calipers is $43.45
