    Default Christmas Log

As mentioned in Ad de Crom thread on Christmas decorations I made a Christmas Log and a pair of ear rings(even though the painting is not to good).
I started a new thread so not to hijack his thread
The Log is 8" long was made in a spare couple of hours in the shed just for the fun of it. The wood used is a mixture of whatever is in the scrape box which in this case was Beech, Olive wood and Ash the log itself I believe is a piece of Crab apple or cherry
Not sure if link is working

Thanks for the comments guys as I said these where just fun objects. Mind you most of my woodworking is just for fun. Most of the time I find that the simple things I make are the ones which people enjoy most
