Another Corzetti Pasta Tool
Hi there from Sydney
I'm just wondering if anyone would be able to help me. I would like to have a Corzetti pasta tool made. They look like this: Purchase classic pasta stamps from artisanalpastatools.com
I found a post from 17 June 2011 by Monkey, there seemed to be some positive feedback re this.
As Monkey said, they are difficult to find, and impossible to find in Australia. So I too thought I would see if anyone here was willing to make them.
There are two parts to it as you can see in the pictures, one side is used to cut a sheet of pasta into rounds, and the other side with the handle shape is used to emboss a design into the cut pasta rounds.
As for the embossing design, I would like something like option D, E, F or G as shown in this link ...Purchase classic pasta stamps from artisanalpastatools.com. But, am open to other options.
If anyone can tell me if they can help and give a quote, or point me in the right direction to someone who might be able to help me, I would really appreciate it.
Thank you so much.

I could do them if you like! Although I am in melbourne. Australia post seems to work quite well though! As for the embossed designs, option G would be fairly easily done for the most part on the lathe. If I was really dextrous with the chip carvers I guess the others would be easy to. But I don't own a lot of carving chisels. So if no one in Sydney pops up give me a PM
