Default Second crack at the Blackwood.

Today I was lucky enough to have a couple of handy helpers to deal with the big backyard blackwood.
They carted off the blanks close to my flat tray (some distance away) as I cut. Also cleared all the mess away while working on it.. A job like this creates a lot of sawdust, plus there was a nice lunch provided for all involved.
Sure makes the job easier when there are others helping.
This is what the flat tray looked like afterwards.

Some more pretty big bowl chunks.

Now just have to buy one of those kits that dries out timber instantly.

Ends sealed, stored away to dry.
Might even rough turn a few in time to re-turn later.
