    Default Faceplate wanted

I'm making a sanding table for my lathe and I've used the faceplate that came with the MC1100 lathe as the basis of the sanding disc. I'm looking for a second faceplate now to remove any temptation to split the existing one from the sanding disc some day, thereby disturbing the balance.

Does anyone have a spare 6" faceplate with M30 x 3.5 thread that they would care to sell me?

I know you believe you understand what you think I wrote, but I'm not sure you realize that what you just read is not what I meant.

If you don't get lucky here Woudwould take a look at Garry Pye's website ... I've had some good quality Jet faceplates from him at reasonable prices.
    Cheers, Ern
