    Default Frisbee Challenge Entry

    Hi All...

Here is my entry for the frisbee challenge...straight grained Fir, 3mm x 25mm x 203mm (yep, have been learning the metric system!!), three coats of Daly's Pro-Fin finish.

On it's inaugural flight it went about 6 to 7 meters...and it did not break on landing!! I don't own a video camera, so can't show it in actual flight, but might be able to borrow one...stay tuned.

Wishin' that there was some way I could join you blokes for the "fly-off", but SWMBO has already nixed and forbidden me to spend $$ for a flight to Australia....bummer!!!!
    Cheers,
    Ed

Look forward to the video. Should try and fly mine. Maybe on some nice soft grass. Will tie the dog up so she doesn't catch it.

Ad...it's made from a wood called Douglas Fir, which grows predominately in the north-west United States.

Do you have in the Netherlands also?
