Getting a Handle On It
Just finished making a a new handle for three round Carbide tools I have. One is a home made job and two are Rolly Munro.
Handle made out of 25mm Aluminium tube from the shaft of a Pogo stick. Inserts machined and drilled to fit, one dia being 16mm shaft the other 19mm shaft using both ends of the Pogo tube. I am trying out a simple push bike seat clamp to secure the 16mm along with the M8 HT hex bolt, the other end has 4 M4 securing the insert plus the M8 for to secure the shaft.
I have yet to trial this out.
Below the Rolly Munro tool or one of in the handle.
Below the Ted Edwards made shaft stainless steel with 10mm Carbide cutter.
