    Default Golden mean calipers

heres a few ideas on what out there. They are not hard to make and can be very handy as a guide to working out proportions.

I've made a couple its only a few hours to have one up and running

AKA "Fibonacci Gauge." For alternate dimensions, there's a screenshot of a spreadsheet here: https://www.woodworkforums.com/f8/use...48/index2.html (post #20).

Forum or Google search for [fibonacci gauge] provides more info and/or insight.

AL screw posts, from stationery shops, are convenient for assembly. If using POP rivets, I suggest using washers at both sides of the wood, to reduce wear; not needed for the screw posts.
