half a burl, half a myrtle
Hi guys ,
Put this blank on the lathe today , started to turn
it and noticed it was half a burl and half a myrtle
blank, not sure if you can see from the photos
but it should turn out to be an interesting piece !
can, t remember where it came from now, any
way watch this space and see what happens.
I have since wet sanded it to 800 grit and then
EEE and glow on the outside and it is shining!!!!!!!
Thanks for looking !Cheers smiife

Should be very nice. Myrtle can be a bit boring otherwise.
