Help With my Lathe- Want to Copy!
Hi there, I'm rather new to woodturning, and I have an old Elu lathe in nice condition. My question is, how can I add a copy attachment so that I can copy the same designs of legs etc.
Any ideas of what I need and where I can get said item and approx how much it would cost would be greatly appreciated
Dane
BTW the lathe can be seen here if you need to see it https://www.woodworkforums.com/showth...ht=Eldanos+Elu

Sorry to say that you won't get a good, cheap copier.
If you do a search on the Forums there has been a lot of discussion on this.

Practice and a profile gauge are what you need, not a copier

How many copies, and how much deviation can you tolerate?
A search for [parallax] in Woodturning - General will be enlightening.
