    Default HELP PLease wanted wood seconds & bits Melbourne

    Hi there hopefully some one can steer me in the right direction. Where can I find seconds or damaged door knobs, chair legs, etc? Im looking for beehive beads, toy wheels etc.Id like them for bird toys. They need to be untreated timber in pine or hardwood. I dont know anything about woodworking so am not sure where to find these parts. Is there a company in Australia who produces parts in bulk like this. I have found plenty in the U.S but nothing here. I'm located near frankston and don't know where to start finding them. Any help would be great. Cheers crystal

    For bird toys? Kilsyth Bargain Center has odd things like that. Its always differant with the stuff they have so you have to go there and have a look. Might be a place like that closer to your way, but I don't know what's down there any more.

    I can help you with raw red gum, pine and box. I'll go down the paddock, pull upto the required tree and cut a chunk off for you. Seriuosly.
