Hinged Osage Orange box
Here is my latest bit of turning ... made from Osage Orange
with the hinged kit from Jim Carroll.
Size approx. 50mm high and 60mm wide.

Gee Alan, that looks familiar! The same one you had at the Club last week?

Allan,
Great looking box. It is lovely wood to turn and looks great with about any finish.
I'll say thanks again for that log you got me a while back.

To:
"Rum Pig", "Artme" (Arthur), and "Ed Reiss" (Ed)
many thanks for your kind comments.
"Mulgabill" (Russell), yes, the same item, and what a pleasure
it was to have you and the Sunbury Club visit us.
"Wheelin" (Ray) - no, not a present for Val for Christmas
as she will not allow wood turnings in the house (does not
suit the decor she says).
"Orraloon" (John), hope to see that log turned into a bow
in due course.
"TTIT" (Vern), Maybe it's not too late if I take the chainsaw
to it and cut it down to size.
Thank you all.
