Hollow turning
I would like to teach myself this method of turning and have no knowledge of the type of tools or methods. Can anyone give me the name of a good book that covers this subject
Thanks

Terry, I'm not sure what books are available in Austrailia; I'm from the US. If you can find anything on techniques used by John Jorden, David Ellworth or Frank Sudol, you can't go wrong. David Ellsworth also has some instuctive videos available. Maybe Neil or one of the turners from your area can tell you what is available locally. You have some of the best turners in the world in your neck of the woods. A couple of hours of instruction with a paid instructor may teach you more than 4 or 5 good books.
