First hollow form
I finished my first ever turned hollow form bowl today. American Walnut with rare-earth magnets inset. It is just under 7.5 cm high 16.5 cm across with an opening of 7.6 cm.
Comments or critique as always much appreciated.
Cheers, Chrome

I Like the lines of that and the decoration.nicely done!
Just on the point of finish, I can see some marks around the equator region. Just wondering if the wood is difficult to sand?

Chrome, 'rare-earth magnets' is it going to have a second piece floating above it?
