Hollow form No. 4
Number 4 in the hollow form series. Until about a month back, I hadn't done a hollow form for quite a while, then I got the urge
. They all are unique and number 4 is quite different again. It is about 200mm diameter x about 100 deep and made from Mackay cedar and black bean, both timbers really require breathing protection. Why use them? I like the combination. It has only been finished with sanding sealer because gloss finishes reflect too much light and the wood cannot be appreciated.
