Home made chuck for holding wooden spoons
A few years back I was at a WWW show in Brisbane and saw Guilio Marcolongo turning wooden spoons. Also Phil Irons UK woodturner made them as well but I do not have his book.
Does anyone have a photo of the chuck arrangement used to turn out the centre of the spoon. Do I remember Guilio shaping the handle also while it was in the chuck?

Google is your friend.
Spoons and Ladels
Turning Spoons - The Woodworkers InstituteCliff.
If you find a post of mine that is missing a pic that you'd like to see, let me know & I'll see if I can find a copy.

I'd also suggest looking at a back copy of Woodturning around Sept or Oct last year. Michael O'Donnell did an article on spoons showing several holding methods.

Sorry Cliff, I've just noticed that your second link was to the self same article I mentions, just the on-live version.
