Kryn, you don't need a handle if you already have a dremel-like tool. Just insert and use the bits without the tool power turned on and the bit will rotate when applied to the wood and do its thing.
Re-sharpen the bits in the same way, ie unpowered and apply at the required angle to the grinder. A very fine CBN or diamond wheel does a very quick job of restoring a keen edge.Stay sharp and stay safe!
