lots of rain, humidity and cool up here in S-E QLD. Typical Aussie weather, one part of the country is in the middle of a heat wave and another part is 20-25 degrees cooler - go Figure!

Note to self . Ring jim carroll in a couple of weeks when it cools down , order some shithot wax ( lying in a pool on the floor beneath the lathe ) . Re mould the bees wax ( one big lump now ) . replace thermometer it exploded through the top .PS put vent in shed roof and insulate where you can . ( thermometer tops out at 60 celcius ) And grab towel and put on togs tonight (9pm ) walk over road trough carpark go swim in port philip bay only 200 meters away .
insanity is a state of mind if you don't mind it does not matter.

Pomona, QLD is great at the moment too. 25ish and there's a lovely breeze, in one door and straight out the other, so all the dust exits nicely.

Hope it starts cool down for all of you Southerners.

    Nahhh! It wasn't the heat.

Cairns is a bit warmer than here, I'm up in the clouds.

Most of Qld is under cloud cover at present & that makes it much cooler.
