Huon Blank
Started turning my first Huon Pine blank today and it feel wet inside. Get small sprinkles of water coming off every now and then. Also the end grain is very raised and stringy.
Have I get dud blank? i.e. not dried out enough before waxing or what.

I thought that all Huon is from previously cut stock, and they cant cut anymore bits off, so what you prolly have is some old stock that has been sitting in water somewhere.
