    Default Huon pine clock

This ugly lump of huon pine was given to some time ago. There was not one square side on it. After some consideration and some clean-up work I decided to make a clock out of this lump with a simple home made face. Well, here is the "ugly duckling" and would you believe it, I like the end result.

I'm not convinced many ladies would appreciate the beauty of this but I think it would look great in any 'Man's Room'.

You say it's Huon Pine - Pine as in a soft wood.
