    Default ice pick

    a quick question........does anyone know where you can buy ice pick "blanks" from? I mean just the pick bit so I can make the handles!

    If you really want to make a great job of it try martensitic grade stainless steel its heat treatable

    But I suspect you're on the wrong continent, maybe buy a complete one and replace the handle

    Probably just the wrong decade. I haven't seen block ice in years.

    Perhaps you could repurpose a metal work scribe?

    Perhaps,although they are not very sturdy as ice picks tend to be
