    Default Identical Twins

I recently built two beds, with Radiata Pine, with lots of scrap pieces left I built these two Amphora, I did It more or less as an exercise in precision, as most of you know Pine is not very friendly to turn as the fiber lifts very easy, so for the final passes I applied sanding sealer to the wood and it did the Job.
if you look closely you'll see that all the rings are at the same level , and this was realized checking the height of each ring, before and after glueing , wall thickness 4mm, dimessione 280x95mm
    Finishing EEE-Ultrashine and Shellawax.

    Cheers Tony.

Thanks Wongo, I'd have to use a Polystyrene Bowling ball. so as not to break the pins.

Stunning work and a good shape, especially for a pair of that size.

Well done Tony I like the finish. I'm also pleased they decide to leave segmenting on this page as I would not have seen these 2 nice pieces of work.
But some people have to much free time on their hands
