Turning outside is a truly wonderful way to go. When I first started out with my GMC, I made a trestle table bench arrangement on wheels and used to wheel it out and turn in various spots in the back yard. Fresh air, very little dust and the shavings went straight onto the garden! Bit hard to do with the Leda as I've bolted that to the shed floor!
So Max, tell us about the timbers that people turn in Italy!
F
p.s your English is fine! Much better than my italian as well and my dad came from Elba!

And your English has to be better than my Italian because I do not know any Italian maybe I will learn some from youCheers Rum Pig
