Lids and pointy bits
It seems I'm doing things with lids and pointy bits.
The big one, Mango with Blackwood finial is 15cm x 8cm (not including the finial), the small one is mystery wood (nice spalting), Meranti lid and Huon pine finial, 8cm x 6cm.
Cheers

Nice work. I am not into pointy finials normally but you have now implanted an idea in my head that I will have to try out!
Thats what I like about this forum - getting inspiration.

Thanks. Watch that inspiration, you never know where it might take you!
These are my first successful attempt at a seperate finial, everything has been more of a handle as part of the lid. Personally I think I've got the sizes back to front but the super glue is set now.
Cheers
