Little Baby Rattle
Hi, had to try and make one of these for the grandnephew. Releasing that rattling ring sure is a lot of fun. It measures 4 3/4" x 2". The wood is either walnut or cedar, it came off an old table leg, cheers Harry

Making those rattles is one of my big delights and yours is a cracker. It should be slightly longer though or how is the little sprocket going to get a good swing with it
Once you get hooked on making them they will grow in number, believe meMy ambition is to grow old disgracefully. So far my ywife recons that I'm doing quite well! John.

One more little rattle, the sound of coins inside it should keep the baby interested.
