Looking for a lathe to use on a regular basis
Hi All
I have recently moved to Sydney from Tasmania and I have nowhere to put my lathe at present. I was hoping to find someone who has an infrequently used lathe that i could use 1-2 days tops per week.
I have a huge range of high quality tools that i would leave in your shed as well as a range of chucks if you have a ledy lathe. I also have a large collection of exotic woods that i could bring round if their room. Use of his would have to be negotiated on a piece to
piece basis though, red ivory and afzelia burl are not easy wood to obtain.
I live in Newtown so ideally your place would have to relatively nearby, though i do love my turning so would consider most places.
Also i would happily pay rent for the regular use of the lathe, especially if i could leave my wood, tools, sandpaper and chucks there.
Cheers
Chris Stephenson
