    Default M42 super HSS for tough hard woods

    If your looking far better than avaerage HSS. Then give this stuff a go. I have used for years, both for metal turning and wood turning.

    How difficult is it to grind/shape?
    prior to hardening, no problems, all done with conventional workshop machine tools
