Its just rattle can lacquer, there is a company in Calgary that makes them up for the professional finishers and painters.Its 20% sheen and I sand to 220 and spray on 6 or 8 fairly heavy coats , sand a bit with some 320, and then 3 or 4 more light coats. It dries very quickly and this can be done in an evening. I like the way it pops the color on this wood. It is solvent base, shhhh, dont tell anyone!
