Thread: I need a model and manual please

These were around about 30-35 years ago.
Not a very good lathe.
One of the biggest problems was keeping the head and tailstock aligned.
Be ok for spindle work as that is what they were designed to do.

I agree, she’s not the finest mule in the stable but it’s all I have. As a beginner it’s though it’s the best lathe I’ve ever had. I’ve made a bunch of metal file and chisel handles on it. I was contemplating turning some small bowls on it, but don’t know the drive shaft size and thread pitch in order to source a cheap faceplate to see if I enjoy that.

Any help on that would be great.
