    Default My latest work

    Hi all.

    Here is my latest work. It´s a tealight in open segmeting. It contains of totally 133 pieces, 12 segments in each layer and 11 layers. All segments are 7.5 mm high. Building- and turnings time: 5 hours + glue´s stick time. a really weekend job.
    The woods are Norwegian Bog Oak and Beech. Finishing is Liberon Finishing Oil.

    Oeistein, I like it a lot.
    Saw also on your website more interesting segmented turnings.
    Segmented work is also one of my favorites.

    It´s easy, but I have to take light cuts. First I shape the outside, then I turn the inside and try to turn the wall to 5 to 6 mm.
