This looks fantastic. Great timber, turned really well. What are the dimensions of the job?

Hughie,
That is a very attractive piece of wood. The satin finish works well on it.
And it is nice to see you turn a simple shape once in a while.Dragonfly

Beads of Courage
[ What are the dimensions of the job?
This one is around 7.4x 4.0" and its destined to have a lid out of.... dunno, as yet, havent figured that one out
This one is destined for the USA and the beads of courage charity. I got involved with turning a boxes up for some of the kids who go through hell and high water fighting cancer. I have been there with my son many years ago and in our case it was nothing like what some of these kids go through.
If anybody else is keen PM me and I 'll get the details of where, what etc to send them. Its a shame we dont something like this here.

Like the bowl - like the timber. Very nice.

If he gets it without working for it; he's a parasite; and if he accumulates it after a life time of hard work, people call him a fool who never got anything out of life."
