    Default Odd Couple

I picked up a beat up mortar and pestle at the opp shop for a couple of dollars and made a vase/bowl and tiny box out of them. The vase/bowl is approx. 100mm tall 110mm dia. I filled the grain on the vase with liming wax and oil finish. The box is finished with shellawax. Does anyone know what timbers they are.
    Thanks Frank.
