    Default Had a play and made a Queensland maple platter . Plua some work in progress for quest

    Qld maple platter/bowl had a blast as she turned like butter. Was such fun wood to work with i found. Thanks so much forum member who was so kind to give this to me. I am having a ball

    this is the mango I turned and he still moving and cracking how do I stop this?
    final one this little box been working on. What do you think of these legs or ideas that may work would be fantastic if can help me out be appreciated

    I really like the look of the legs on that box, im just not too sure how stable it would be. Maybe if you had three of them in more of a tripod fashion?

    Thanks yes that is the issue which why stopped on her but that third leg may be the answer I been looking for

    She sure is. Be the softest fun wood ever turned to date. Never had ribbons before like i did with this platter. Thanks so much mate do appreciate it
